Coaching

As a Heart-Centred coach, I empower Children, Teens, and Parents to connect with their inner truth, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals with self-confidence and belief in their abilities.

Through 1:1 coaching sessions, I work with you to build a strong relationship within, building self esteem, connecting heart and mind, and identifying what is truly authentic to you and what is out of alignment with your values, leading to better decisions and outcomes in all areas of life.

As a coach, my role is to guide you to your own answers and knowing . This powerful process naturally builds self-trust, self-esteem, and connects you to your true authentic self.

Unlike therapy or counselling, coaching is forward-focused and helps you move towards your desired outcomes. I help you identify and transform the blocks that are stopping you from achieving your full potential, while teaching Social, Emotional Intelligence skills to manage your mindset, thoughts, and emotions and improve your relationship with yourself and others.

Workshops

As a personal coach, I offer empowering group workshops for children and youth that are designed to connect heart and mind, extract their often hidden inner strengths, talents, and magnificence. By grounding them in their truth and values, I help increase their self-esteem, overall well-being, and deeper connection to their true identity.

My upcoming Inner Warrior series is focused on building self-esteem through character education, relationship building, identity work, and social-emotional development skills for children and teens to manage their mindset, thoughts and emotions, leading to better outcomes in all areas of life.

These workshops will help your child develop the skills they need to become the best version of themselves and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Welcome to 'Inspiring the Heart, Educating the Mind' A series of parenting programs, brought to you in partnership between The Inner Warrior and Be The Peace Be The Hope, a non-profit organization specializing in Social and Emotional education for children, teachers, and parents, serving school districts in Texas for over ten years.
